What is the Cozy Collection made from?
All Cozy Collection products are made from microwave safe, flame resistant fabric. The filling consists of microwave safe polyfill with natural wheat grains & dried lavender. All the materials have been designed specifically to be heated in a microwave.

How should I heat my Cozy Collection product?
Each Cozy product is designed to be heated in a microwave oven only – NEVER heat a Cozy product in a conventional oven. For best results microwave in a microwave with a turntable, on high for 2 minutes for your Cozy Plush, 1 minute for Cozy Cushion removable heat pack, based on an 800 watt rating. When using with a child, we suggest initially microwaving in 15-second increments until desired warmth is reached. DO NOT microwave your Cozy Plush for more than 2 minutes, 1 minute for your Cozy Cushion removable heat pack.

How long will my Cozy product stay warm?
Your Cozy product should stay warm for at least an hour if heated correctly, longer if it is snuggled in a cozy bed!

How safe are the Cozy Collection products?
All Cozy products have been tested to ASTM F963-08, BSEN71 2/3, EN71-1/2/3, BS8433, AS/NZS ISO-8124.1, MDA and European CE standards. All products have been rigorously flammability and safety tested to comply with CPSIA. Each Cozy product is manufactured with extra strong seams, using microwave safe thread and fabrics.

Can everyone use Cozy Collection products?
Cozy products can be safely used with persons 3 years and above. We recommend that Cozy products are not used with infants, or individuals who have poor circulation, diabetes, insensitive skin, or wheat or lavender allergies. Cozy products can always be used as bed-warmers and then removed from the bed, if desired, when an individual climbs in. It should be noted that there are concerns about babies overheating and these concerns should never be ignored. We strongly recommend following current advice in relation to SIDS; more information can be found on the American SIDS Institute's website at www.sids.org or www.firstcandle.org.

Can I chill my Cozy Collection product?
Absolutely! Simply place your Cozy product inside a plastic sealable bag and leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. You can then use your Cozy
product as a cold pack to relieve aches and pains or to cool a hot child.

Why does the product feel damp when first heated?
This is quite normal and is due to the natural moisture content of the filling; it will cease after the first few uses.

What fragrance does the Cozy Collection come in?
Each Cozy product contains only 100% natural dried lavender flowers, as lavender has been proven to be an excellent aid to relieve stress and promote sleep. When you heat your Cozy product for the first couple of times, the aroma may be quite strong, but in less than 3 or 4 heatings, the aroma will become very subtle. Eventually, over time, the lavender fragrance will fade, but can easily be refreshed by adding a couple of drops of Pure Essential Oil to the surface of the Cozy product. It is important to use only “Pure Essential Oil” as the
cheaper “Fragranced Oils” may leave an oily mark on the Cozy fabric.

How can I wash my Cozy product?
The surface of your Cozy Plush can be cleaned with a damp sponge, Your Cozy product should should never be immersed in water, as the filling will be damaged and your product will no longer be able to be warmed in the microwave safely. With the removable heat pack removed, your Cozy Cushion can be gently hand washed and allowed to air dry, never immerse the removable heat pack in water as it will no longer be able to be warmed in the microwave safely.
